I’ve been feeling out-of-sorts lately. It is probably due, in part, to lack of sleep; however, I think it’s much more than that.
I love blogging but it is taking up more time than it should. There are a lot of pulls on my time right now.
How many balls can I keep in the air at one time?
Take a break then. You are allowed. Your blog friends will be here when you are ready to come back.
What Mary Alice said.
Is your machine not helping you with your sleep?
It’s time for new soft-molded plastic parts on my CPAP mask, so that could be contributing… but since my tooth was acting up (the root canal episode) the straps have bothered my face… probably lingering sensitivity.
I think that the best posts are written when one feels inspired, whether in little or big ways. I’m not sure that can be in a timed and orderly fashion, as we sometimes might wish.
My suggestions, if I may, are that you a) give yourself time and write when you feel like saying something and b) if you don’t already, carry a little notebook around (or use a phone’s notepad app) and make it a point to jot down things that move you in some way … or are really funny. 😉
Cheers.
Sometimes after a vacation? You need a vacation 🙂
I love that lighthouse photo. Beautiful!
Sometimes we all need a break even from the things we love to do. Take a breather – we’ll be here when you’re ready!
Real life always come first. No guilt allowed. Rest. xxoox
Oh, don’t I know it!
I think you are writing from my head and heart not yours!!
This is so familiar to me right now…
I agree with Gary. We were gone for 8 days and I’m super behind on anything computer related — and home and kids in school, etc., all call for my time.
But, I won’t give up my blogging. It’s my outlet 😀
You do burn the candles at both ends and you NEVER get enough sleep….
Mmmmm…. I know that feeling! Fortunately for ME, it’s over for the moment… but this too shall pass!
I sure do understand that feeling. Blogging is incredibly fun, but time consuming. And when you’re tired, everything feels overwhelming. Look out for yourself. Take what time you need and what rest you can. You know we’ll all be here when you are.
