A special hello to Ella’s fans from Melli’s place. My name is KC and I’m glad you’re here following Ella’s adventures with me. 🙂
I met Melli for lunch and the handing over of Ella and her big backpack of belongings.
The backpack doubles as a booster seat:
We checked out a few stores at the mall, including Build-A-Bear, of course! Ella tried to ride the carved horse in the Arhaus store:
We also stopped in Hanna Anderson, where once again my husband is very grateful we do not have any female offspring… but Melli’s Luz is a very lucky girl!
Then Ella went to Trader Joe’s with me.
She has expensive tastes when it comes to cheese, but she was also happy to point out the 2-buck-Chuck. 😀
On the ride home, I discovered that Ella is not a fan of TobyMac. When I could safely do so, I put in a Chris Rice CD to please her. 😛
SnakeMaster and his elephants welcomed Ella to our home. Here she is with Tantor, Hansa, Pounds, and Floppy.

Oh my goodness! I had no idea Ella was going to be sO surrounded by others of her kind! That is wonderful!!! I’m sure she feels right at home! (this could be a problem…) I didn’t mention her expensive taste did I?…. hm… yea… in Hawaii she ate macadamias by the POUND I think… well… she IS an elephant. Can’t wait to see what’s next! KC, you watch that Elephant-Child. She can run like the wind and get into trouble faster than you can blink! When we were in Honolulu she tried to run off with a street mime!
Quilly, thanks for the warning! So far she has been keeping busy showing us all of her fancy outfits and meeting all of the animals that live upstairs. SnakeMaster is helping me to keep Ella focused on activities and out of trouble, LOL 😛
Tell Ella that Dr. John misses her and Elmer is really sad.
Poor Elmer! Dr. John, you will be seeing her in some familiar outfits over here. 🙂

Ella looks great! We miss her over here at Living Life in PA. She was a wonderful house guest back in February. She loves her wine! Please give Ella hugs and kisses for us!
